On behalf of the Belarusian people and himself, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on Independence Day. BelTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

"I am convinced that by strengthening the relations of friendship and constructive cooperation, we will be able to open up new prospects for expanding cooperation between Minsk and Ashgabat in various fields," the head of state stressed.

Alexander Lukashenko wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health, prosperity and fulfillment of all plans, and peace and prosperity to the people of Turkmenistan.
