 The Liozno District Executive Committee is in charge of overseeing the economy, market reforms, foreign trade operations, companies and organizations operating in transport and communications industry, housing and utilities industry, power engineering industry, town development, services sphere, healthcare, the development of physical training, sport, and tourism, education and culture, social security and public awareness.

 The Liozno District Executive Committee works together with heads of the companies and associations located in Liozno District, together with heads of banks, public organizations, political parties, trade unions, mass media, education institutions, artistic unions, law enforcement agencies, and charity organizations.

 

The Liozno District Executive Committee acts as an executive and administrative body in the town of Liozno and exercises its authority in line with the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and the law on municipal government and self-government in the Republic of Belarus of 4 January 2010 as well as other regulatory acts.
