VITEBSK, 19 December (BelTA) – The vote counting in Beshenkovichi District is held in accordance with the Electoral Code, BelTA learnt from Nina Gultyayeva, CIS observer, counselor of the chairperson of the Pskov Oblast Election Commission. “The ballot count is transparent, with the presence of observers,” she said. On the election day Nina Gultyayeva visited 10 polling stations in Beshenkovichi and nearby villages. In her words, “the elections were well-organized”. The observer took note of a high turnout, high-quality preparation of the polling stations and professionalism of the election commissions. Both domestic and international observers worked at the polling stations which Nina Gultyayeva attended. No violations of the Electoral Code were registered by them.
