EC to inspect two Belarus’ battery farms

MINSK, 11 June (BelTA) – The experts of the EC Directorate-General for Health and Consumers will arrive in Belarus on 14 June to inspect Belarusian companies for the appropriateness to deliver products to the EU countries, BelTA learnt from the Agriculture and Food Ministry. The EC experts will stay in Belarus till 22 June to assess Belarus’ readiness to supply the EU market with poultry. In particular, the experts will inspect the Vitebsk battery farm and the Dzerzhinsky agricultural company. The two companies are leading in the industry. The battery farms show high economic indices. The quality of the products goes in compliance with the international standards and meets the consumer demands.
